This is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing raw absorbance data collected from PM01 and PM02A plates in an Omnilog system for Lactiplantibacillus pentosus LA0445 and MU045. Independent duplicates were run for each bacterial culture.

This dataset can serve as a reference for the scientific community interested in lactic acid bacteria and starter cultures for fermented foods as well as pickle processors worldwide.

Use limitations

The data is valid within the system tested and results cannot be extrapolated to fermentation systems without additional testing. The data should be considered preliminary indications of phenotypes.
