A single large dairy provided genotypes that are used for genomic analyses on topics from fertility to bovine respiratory disease. The dataset contains approximately 24,000 individuals and an imputed 600,000 single nucleotide polymorphisms for each individual. Imputation was completed in-house using a reference population of ~4,800 Holsteins that were genotyped at a high density.

To ensure confidentiality of the farm and the animals, the first few columns within the PED file are left empty and the IDs are listed as "?".
