Shotgun sequencing of metagenomic libraries from the Fraternidad salterns in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. Two metagenomic libraries were made. One during the rainy season and another during the dry season to observe the difference in microorganism composition of the microbial mats and for functional analysis.
