Cyanobacterial inoculants affect soybean rhizosphere microbiota

Bacterial communities (V4 16S rRNA amplicons) and fungal communities (ITS1 amplicons) of soybean rhizosphere from plants grown in cyanobacteria and soybean cyst nematode (SCN) inoculated soils. We test for the response of soybean rhizosphere microbiota to cyanobacterial inoculants in SCN infected soil.
