RNAseq of 4 pairs of reciprocal hybrids from a full diallel study: Two pairs with significant reciprocal effects on early plants growth, two control pairs with no significant reciprocal effects. Goal was to identify pathways involved in positive reciprocal effects on early plant growth in cucumber.
