The reniform nematode (Rotylenchulus reniformis) is an important pathogen of Upland cotton (Gossypium hirsutum). Currently deployed resistance to RN is derived from the G. barbadense wild accession GB713 resistance QTL on chromosome 21 named Renbarb2. This study aims to determine the resistance signaling events that underpin Renbarb2-mediated resistance to RN.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1184828 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
