Consumer Preferences for Organic Pastry Products Survey Data

<p dir="ltr">This data was collected via online Qualtrics survey of consumer across the United States in 2021. The data was used to examine consumer perceptions and willingness to pay (WTP) for organic specialty bakery products by incorporating prior taste beliefs, given product taste attributes, and information on organic production practices. Data was additionally used to investigate the impact of providing taste assurances and origin information on consumer acceptance and WTP for organic specialty bakery products.</p>
