Sequenced two of the most prominent foodborne pathogens that cause severe human illnesses worldwide, Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Bareilly with Oxford Nanopore’s MinION sequencer, and the whole genomes of both samples were assembled and polished with only a 0.1% error rate.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA498670 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
