Comparison of archaeal communities in adjacent marsh and fen wetland sediments

The dynamics of archaeal community structures in the sediments of a temperate freshwater marsh and peat of an adjacent fen were explored across two seasons (spring and summer) using high-throughput amplicon sequencing (Illumina) with domain-specific 16S rRNA PCR primers.
