Comparative genomic analysis of Leptinotarsa

This study entails a comparative genomic and population genomic survey of variation in Leptinotarsa decemlineata and its close relatives. Ten species of Leptinotarsa were sequenced. Sampling includes L. juncta (2 samples), L. peninsularis, L. tumamoca, L. undecemlineata, L. rubiginosa, L. haldemani, L. texana, L. defecta, L. lineolata, and 88 samples from Leptinotarsa decemlineata.
