Explore the differences between rhizosphere bacterial assemblages in common garden trees. The project examined the association between soil properties and bacterial assemblages as well as the differences in bacterial assemblages between root orders.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers.
