Colletotrichum sublineola strain:CgSl1 Genome sequencing and assembly

C. sublineola is a filamentous ascomycete that causes leaf and stalk diseases in sorghum. This fungus is host-specific and one of the main diseases of the crop. The goal of the study was to identify, characterize and compare candidate host specificity-related genes from two host-specific strain of sibling species C. graminicola and C. sublineola.
