Genome skimming for marker development in the Colletotrichum species comples. Description: Colletotrichum is a genus of endophytic or phytopathogenic fungi associated with diverse plant species. This group of 14 genomes is being utilized to develop incisive genetic markers for diagnostic identification and phylogenetics.
