Coffea arabica L. Typica is one of the main economic crops predominantly cultivated in high altitude regions. Typica is susceptible to pest and diseases, which can significantly affect crop yields and lead to economic losses. In this study, we presented a chromosome scale genome of Coffea arabica L. Typica by assembling using PacBio HiFi sequences along with Hi-C data. The final genome size reached to 1.13Gb, with assigned to 22 chromosomes.
