Code and model weights for "Critical evaluation of the theory and practice of feed-forward neural networks for genomic prediction"

<p>These files are code and trained neural network weights associated with "Critical evaluation of the theory and practice of feed-forward neural networks for genomic prediction" (<em>G3: Genes, Genomes, Genetics</em>).</p> <p>The code archive is a stable snapshot of all code required to reproduce the analyses in the paper. Code is also available at the linked GitHub repository. Code is licensed under GNU GPLv3.0.</p> <p>The model archive contains all hyperparameter optimization information and trained model weights for all neural networks described in the paper. Models are licensed under CC BY 4.0.</p>
