Transcriptomic Analysis of Watermelon Genotypes for SqVYV Resistance. RNA-seq analysis on resistant (392291-VDR) and susceptible (Crimson Sweet) watermelon genotypes was conducted 0, 5, 10, and 15 days post SqVYV inoculation.
