Chromoprotein-modified Xylella fastidiosa strains

Xylella fastidiosa subsp. fastidiosa strains Temecula-1 and M23 were modified by chromosomal insertion of chromoproteins for tracking based on visible color. Red, orange, yellow, blue, and purple variants are included in this project for both Temecula-1 and M23.
