Characterizing the bacterial biome variation using 16S sequencing of four digestive organs of cabbage looper (Trichoplusia ni (Huber). The digestive organs are as follows: Salivary glands, mandibular glands, Malpighian tubules and the alimentary canal (midgut sample). These organs were dissected and used for Amplicon sequencing .
