The goal is to assess the effect of soybean-associated bacterial mixtures on plant growth and defense through seed treatment. Our investigation delved into microbiome structure in soybean roots and the gene expression profile during pathogen infection, correlating these findings with the observed disease resistance and growth promotion resulting from SABB seed treatment.
