Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) with Campylobacter-free adult cecal microbiota can positively affect the subsequent development of the gut microbiota in young broilers, its inhibitory effect on Campylobacter colonization varies and appear to be influenced by the challenge models (direct challenge or seeder bird infection).
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1019766 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
