Anaplasma marginale str. Florida. Anaplasma marginale str. Florida. was isolated from pooled blood samples from naturally infected cattle in Florida. The Florida strain is virulent and non-tick transmitted. This strain will be used for comparative genomics.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers.
