The food-borne pathogen Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni (Cjj) is a leading cause of human acute gastroenteritis and also the most important antecedent for Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). We have determined the genome sequences of Cjj strains representing Penner serotype HS:41 that resulted in either enteritis or GBS.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA283557 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
