This is a hyper-tolerant C. jejuni strain CNH-HAT-1, was isolated from an aerobic blood culture from a 3-year-old male child with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. CNH-HAT-1 was subjected to whole genome sequencing using Illumina and Nanopore technologies, followed by hybrid assembly
