Campylobacter is a leading cause of food-borne illness in the United States, and contaminated poultry meat is a major contributor to human Campylobacteriosis. This study aimed to characterize the genome sequence of Campylobacter strains isolated from raw retail chicken and commercial broiler farms.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers.
