Campylobacter coli RM5611 is a bovine-associated (MLST ST:1068) isolate sequenced as part of a study investigating the genomic basis for host-pathogen associations in C. coli. Of bovine origin, isolated by Sophia Kathariou at North Carolina State University.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA162959 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
