Cacao phyllosphere and ferment microbiomes in Hawaii

This descriptive study examines the phyllosphere microbiomes from cacao pods and how these microbes are carried forward onto fermentation. We focused the study on contrasting wet and dry environments in Hawaii, as well as the cacao genotypes grown in these environments.
