Bulk Soil Fungi ITS1 Waseca, MN, Corn-Soybean Long-term Rotation Study

dataset
posted on 2024-11-23, 21:55 authored by University of Minnesota
This study describes bulk soil fungal communities as they relate to specific corn-soybean crop sequences, including annual rotation, five-year rotation, and long-term continuous monoculture. It has relevance to researchers interested in learning how specific fungal guilds, including nematophagous guilds, respond to crop sequence and to soil density of the soybean cyst nematode. It also identifies relationships between fungal taxa and soil chemical properties.
