This project included sequence data from 75 cattle samples from 2 subspecies (Bos taurus Indicus and Bos taurus Taurus) and 8 distinct breeds (Angus, Brahman, Gir, Holstein, Jersey, Nelore, Limousin, and Romagnola). The objectives were to identify CNVs within a diverse sampling of cattle in order to genotype common and infrequent CNV events within the population.
