The publicly-available biparental double-haploid BolTBDH mapping population (Chinese kale x broccoli; N = 175) was evaluated for 25 horticultural traits in six trait classes (architecture, biomass, phenology, leaf morphology, floral morphology, and head quality) by multiple quantitative trait loci mapping using 1881 genotype-by-sequencing derived single nucleotide polymorphisms.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA610792 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
