PacBio HiFi and Hi-C sequencing reads from 6 domestic (US) and 4 global Puccinia hordei isolates were used to generate Hi-C integrated phased genome assemblies. Assemblies were annotated using RNAseq data from germinated spores and infected plant tissue for isolate VA82.
