Bacterial community associated with 10 apple rootstock from Nova Scotia, Canada

In this study evaluated root microbiomes of 10 rootstocks most often uses in Nova Scotia, Canada, including six Geneva, one Malling and three cultivars with European origin. The rootstock material was directly obtained from nursery.
