BVD or BoCV Challenged Holstein Over Time

Animals were challenged with BVD or BoCV. Blood was collected prior to challenge, acute (4 days post challenge), maintenance (9 days post challenge), and 14 or 16 days post challenge. Serum samples were collected and small non-coding RNAs were sequencing using Illumina HiSeq 2500.
