We sought to access if the gut microbiota differs between Campylobacter-positive farms and Campylobacter-negative farms. We selected 6 commercial broiler farms with previously known Campylobacter status (3 positive and 3 negative). We obtained 520 ceca from adult broilers of these farms. We did 16S rRNA sequencing analysis to reveal the cecal microbiota difference between Campylobacter-positive and Campylobacter-negative farms.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA985591 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
