Re-sequencing and de novo assembly of Aspergillus flavus NRRL 3357. A hybrid assembly using both Nanopore (minION) and Pacbio (Sequel) sequence data was generated, followed by Arrow polishing with Pacbio data and final error correction using Illumina data and Pilon. The final assembly is gapless and contains eight chromosomes (7/8 are complete from telomere-to-telomere).
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA575750 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
