Asian citrus psyllid from colonies in USDA ARS, Ft. Pierce, FL and Boyce Thompson Institute, Ithaca, NY. Data contains Iso-Seq RNA long reads and short Illumina paired-end reads. We also assembled a de novo transcriptome from this data.
