Arachis hypogaea subsp. hypogaea cv Bailey_II Genome Reference Sequence

The Arachis hypogaea subsp. hypogaea cultivar Bailey II was utilized for whole genome sequencing with Pacific Biosciences for development of a high-quality genome reference sequence. The same source was also used for whole genome sequencing for collection of additional data for scaffolding and annotation purposes.
