Genome assembly of Arachis hypogaea (cultivated peanut), cultivar Tifrunner. This is a project of the International Peanut Genome Initiative, funded through The Peanut Foundation. This is a high-quality assembly, consisting of approximately 2,538 Mbp anchored in pseudomolecules and 18 Mbp in remaining unanchored scaffolds.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers.
