Detached morphological types primary and fibrous roots from second-leaf B.9 and M.9 apple rootstocks (Honeycrisp scion) were incubated for 3 months in wire mesh bags in apple orchard soil from lat. 46.329458, long. -114.085931. Metagenomic sequencing with two primer pairs was performed.
