16S rRNA-based microbiome profiling of 25 roots and 25 rhizosphere soil samples from pecan clonal rootstocks (NMU03, NMU04, NMU05, and NMU155) was conducted. Microbial communities associated with these clonal genotypes were analyzed under greenhouse conditions and in subsets transplanted to the field
