Almond tree root microbial communities associated with responses to anaerobic soil disinfestation and fumigation in replant soil

dataset
posted on 2024-06-11, 05:46 authored by USDA Agricultural Research Service
In this study, we used amplicon libraries sequenced on the illumina MiSeq platform to look at bacterial, fungal, and oomycete communities found in and on the fine roots of almond trees grown in soil that had been treated with anaerobic soil disinfestation, soil fumigation, or left untreated before planting.
