In this study, we used amplicon libraries sequenced on the illumina MiSeq platform to look at bacterial, fungal, and oomycete communities found in and on the fine roots of almond trees grown in soil that had been treated with anaerobic soil disinfestation, soil fumigation, or left untreated before planting.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA412547 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
