The ARS-C101 isolate (SAMN36909132) is the negative control; it is negative for cefotaxime resistance, extended-spectrum beta-lactamase production, and tetracycline resistance. The submitted genome consists of three contigs: contig_1 (CP132979), contig_4 (CP132980), and contig_5 (CP132978). The ARS-C301 isolate (SAMN36910816) is the positive control. It is positive for cefotaxime resistance, extended-spectrum beta-lactamase production, and tetracycline resistance). The submitted genome consists of 4 contigs: contig_1_1 (CP132983), contig_2 (CP132982), contig_3 (CP132984), and contig_4_1 (CP132981).
