The data generated in this project are used to determine the effect of anaerobic soil disinfestation on soil properties, including pH, EC, inorganic N, and soil bacterial diversity. The project seeks to understand how the use of cover crops and alternative carbon sources affects soil biotic and abiotic properties and thus the efficacy of ASD treatment for organic tomato production in Central PA.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1108256 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
