Metagenomic characterization of feces from a parasite-infected wether (castrated ram), diagnosed with both Strongyloides and coccidial infection. The goal of the study is a trial to determine optimal depth and method of sequencing for reconstruction of component genomes, combining long-read sequencing and chromatin conformation data.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers.
