10x Chromium library linked read sequences of a adult male Hylaeus volcanicus bee

High-molecular weight DNA was extracted from the whole body of an adult male Hylaeus volcanicus (Perkins, 1899) bee (Hymenoptera: Colletidae) and used to generate a 10x Genomics Chromium sequencing library. This library was sequenced to 89.4x raw coverage (47.8x effective coverage) on an Illumina HiSeq X Ten. The bee was collected from Puu Oo Trail on Mauna Loa in Hawaii.
